The IIS Bandwidth Event Monitor watches the bandwidth used by IIS web servers and keeps totals for the periods you specify. Each notification includes a table showing the bandwidth used by each web server during the reporting period. To view a generalized bandwidth event monitor, visit our Bandwidth Event Monitor tutorial.
To begin, select the level of alert that will be given if your device cannot be contacted.
The next option will notify you if the bandwidth usage of any website exceeds the values you specify.
The next several options control what information is presented in the event text generated each time the monitor runs.
Check the first box to include a table with your website's bandwidth for the day.
The next option lets you include bandwidth data from your site from the last five days.
You can also include website bandwidth data by week. The next two checkboxes give you the option to include this week's or last week's bandwidth data in the event text.
If you want to see more past bandwidth data, the next option lets you input the number of weeks of data that will be appended to the event text each time the monitor runs.
The next two options let you see bandwidth data from this month or last month, respectively.
The final option lets you include a table with the running total bandwidth for the entire website.
